Green Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
- protein powder*
*I use whey isolate protein in strawberry (2 scoops)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.......the simplest thing you will ever make ;)
